Discretion is part of the service, not an add-on to it. This page says exactly what happens to your information, in plain terms, and it is kept accurate.
What this website collects
Nothing. That is not a figure of speech. The website and what happens after you message me are two different things — the website is below, and what I keep afterward is further down the page.
- No analytics of any kind. No Google Analytics, no pixel, no heatmap, no visitor counter.
- No tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is which color theme you chose. It stays on your device and is readable by nobody but you.
- No third-party requests. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. No embedded maps, no video players, no chat widget, no share buttons. Loading this page tells no other company that you were here.
- The WhatsApp link is a plain link, not an embed — nothing of WhatsApp’s loads or runs on this page, and it reaches Meta only if you choose to tap it. This site sends no referrer, so even then WhatsApp is not told which page you came from.
- No forms that submit to this website. The inquiry form and the intake form both open your own email app; neither posts anything to a server here, and there is no form service behind either of them.
- No comments, no reviews, no forum. There is nowhere for anyone to publish anything about you.
What I keep when you get in touch
- What you send me by text or WhatsApp is kept in a private system that only I can open. Email is moving into the same system.
- Kept beside it is what the message led to: which session you asked about, the appointment, and whether the deposit arrived.
- The name on it is whatever name you gave me.
- The subject line on anything I send is deliberately plain, so a notification landing on a lock screen or a shared computer says nothing about its contents.
- Tell me which contact method is safe for you and it is the only one I will use. If a phone or an inbox is shared, say so.
- If you email your intake form, it reaches me the same way. It is the one message that contains health details, so if you would rather it never existed as an email, print the form and bring it instead — that option is not going away.
How long it is kept
- If you book, I keep your history for as long as you remain a client. There is no end date on it. It is how I remember what you liked and what to leave alone.
- If you write and never book, everything goes thirty days after your first message. That happens automatically, and the clock runs from your first message, not your last.
- Ask me to forget you and it happens straight away — the whole record, not part of it. See below.
What it is used for
- Replying to you, booking you in, and remembering your visits. Nothing else.
- It is not shared with anyone and it is not sold to anyone.
- You will never hear from me because you are on a list. I write to people who wrote to me first.
What is not kept
- No mailing list. There is no newsletter, and there never will be.
- No card details. None are ever handled here.
- No photographs of you, ever. Not before, not during, not after.
Names
Use whatever name you would like me to use. That is the name I will write down, and no explanation is needed for it.
Your choices
You can ask at any time what is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask that a particular contact method never be used again. There is no process to follow and no form to fill in — just ask, and it is done.
Deleting clears my own system completely. What it cannot reach is anyone else's: your phone carrier, WhatsApp and your email provider each keep their own copies on their own terms, and nothing I do at my end touches those.
What is out of my hands
This site is served by a hosting provider that will see the IP address of anyone requesting a page, as every website on the internet does. Your own email provider sees the mail you send. If you are concerned about either, a private browsing window and a separate email address are sensible precautions, and using them will not seem strange to me.
